Return Policy:
Products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with the original labeling/packaging.
Amplify will accept product returns for a cash refund if:
The product is defective:
- Vape carts or disposable vape pens that do not actuate
- Gummies that have melted together
- Empty jars/packaging
The product is returned due to mislabeling by the cultivator or processor:
- All cannabis returned to a dispensary due to mislabeling by a cultivator or processor must be reported to the Division via email at DCCCompliance@com.ohio.gov.
The return is a result of:
- A dispensing error
- A recall:Recalled products will be accepted beyond the 30-day return window
At their discretion, a manager or shift lead deems the situation warrants a refund.
