Return Policy:

Products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with the original labeling/packaging.

Amplify will accept product returns for a cash refund if:

The product is defective:

Vape carts or disposable vape pens that do not actuate
Gummies that have melted together
Empty jars/packaging

The product is returned due to mislabeling by the cultivator or processor:

All cannabis returned to a dispensary due to mislabeling by a cultivator or processor must be reported to the Division via email at DCCCompliance@com.ohio.gov.

The return is a result of:

A dispensing error
A recall:Recalled products will be accepted beyond the 30-day return window

At their discretion, a manager or shift lead deems the situation warrants a refund.

Best customer service! Not only are they a great dispensary with a wide selection but the other day they went above and beyond. My battery died while trying to leave and they did everything to help me. They made sure I safe and checked on me until a tow truck came. They were so kind.
