Medical Patients: On every visit to the dispensary, please bring your Medical Marijuana Card and the ID you used to register for your card. You’ll always have the option to speak to a registered pharmacist or dispensary agent about your qualifying condition and medical marijuana, including the different forms and administration, dosing, onset and duration times, and much more.
Adult Use Customers (over the age of 21): On every visit to the dispensary, please bring a government-issued photo ID.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us at support@amplifydispensary.com or 440-530-2880.
We will offer all forms of marijuana products allowed under the Ohio medical marijuana program: Flower / Plant Material, Cartridges, Oils, Concentrates / Extracts, Edibles, Tinctures, Transdermal Patches, Topical Lotions
When evaluating products the best form and dose, you may consider cost, how quickly the medication begins working (onset), how long the effects last (duration), ease of use, and level of discretion.
At Amplify, you will always have the option of speaking with a registered pharmacist or a dispensary agent to help make the right decision.
Regardless of the product form, the most important rule for dosing is “START LOW AND GO SLOW.” You can always take more, but you can not go back and take less.

Patients wishing to apply for Veteran or Indigent status will need to bring additional paperwork to the physician appointment. See next FAQ “How do I register with Indigent or Veteran Status?”
Complete MMCP Patient Registration
Once your CTR doctor has entered your information into the patient or caregiver registry, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your patient registry account. Once logged in, you will have to complete your patient or caregiver application and pay the annual registration fee of $50 for patients and $25 for caregivers.
Patients who qualify for Indigent or Veteran status may qualify to have their state registration fee reduced by 50%. Patients seeking to qualify for Veteran or Indigent Status cannot submit payment until their status has been approved by the Board of Pharmacy. The “Activate Card” button is not available while the status is pending.
Note for caregivers: While a patient’s card is active immediately upon submitting payment, a caregiver’s card may take up to 1 week to be active. We encourage caregivers to call the dispensary to verify their status prior to their first visit to a dispensary in the state.
